I ordered three items from Proozy. Two items were shipped together without a tracking number.
The third item, Proozy claims, was shipped with a tracking number. The tracking number shows that it was delivered, but what was delivered were the first two items. The third item was never delivered. I emailed customer service asking them to send out the third item and all they could tell me was that it was delivered.
They asked me to fill out an affidavit stating that I did not receive my order. I did that over a month ago and now they no longer respond to my emails.
Their own website lists a phone number that is out of service. No phone number I could find on the internet works.

I have 2 orders that are more than 3 & 2 weeks old. I have yet to find out when they will arrive.
It is virtually impossible to call company for a response. Totally unsatisfactory experience...

My order
I placed an order on 12/15 Got a tracking number on 12/18. The tracking number only said package wasnt received.
Waited 2 weeks package never moved.
Tried to contact Proozy 4 times before I finally got a response. They said the package was lost and gave me my refund.
User's recommendation: Not sure if I would reorder since it is too hard to get a hold of customer service.

Did not receive my complete order and I cannot get anyone to correct it. Everything is computerized.
You cannot get a real chat person. They try to charge you a dollar for somebody to call you on the phone so that you could just get what you pay for rip off.
Preferred solution: Send me the blue Adidas shorts that were not in the order

I placed an order for two pairs of Adidas shorts and received only one. I have sent three emails regarding the issue and have gotten no response.
There is no phone number to call the company either.
I am probably going to have to contact my bank and request a refund due to fraud. This is a horrible company to order from!

I ordered a hoodie for my daughter in an off-white color but received a green one. I have sent emails every other day for over two weeks and have not received any reply whatsoever.
They have no phone number and apparently do not read their emails either, so there is truly no way to contact them if you have an issue or question. Worst customer support and service, ever.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
Order was made 18 days ago and it still hasn't shipped, but I was charged on the first day! No emails explaining the delay and I can't get through to customer service.
